Security Manager

Seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of PMO - Security to lead the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of a cybersecurity product portfolio. This role is responsible for aligning product strategy with business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of market-leading security solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management

• Define and manage the cybersecurity product portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market trends.
• Evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities across the portfolio based on ROI, risk, and strategic fit.
• Monitor product performance and lifecycle, making data-driven decisions to optimize the portfolio.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing to ensure portfolio profitability and market competitiveness.

Product Management Leadership

• Lead a team of product managers and security specialists to deliver high-impact security products and features.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Drive customer-centric innovation by gathering insights from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA).

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver cohesive and scalable security solutions.
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Represent the security portfolio in executive meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.

• 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or enterprise security solutions.
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, cloud security).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence).
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications.
• Pragmatic Institute or SAFe Product Management certification.
