We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager near the Energy Corridor. The main function of this role is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting, particularly SEC filings. The role is instrumental in our finance department and involves managing various tasks in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities:• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations through the preparation of financial statements, including 10-Q and 10-K.• Manage SOX policies and controls, focusing on processes related to internal controls over financial reporting.• Undertake the responsibility of researching technical accounting issues and documenting findings and analyses.• Review operating results and prepare materials for business review meetings.• Conduct research on technical accounting issues and prepare memo documentation to support findings and analyses.• Analyze operating results and prepare slide decks for business review meetings.• Coordinate with external auditors, maintaining consistent and effective communication throughout the audit process.• Take on special projects and additional tasks as and when required.For confidential consideration, please send your resume to Esti.Castresana@RobertHalf.c0m
