Salesforce Admin

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business needs.

• Develop and maintain flows, batch classes, and queueable apex classes to optimize system functionality.

• Create and manage custom metadata types, labels, and settings to streamline processes.

• Implement APIs, connected apps, and named credentials for seamless integration with external systems.

• Debug and troubleshoot system issues using tools like Trace Debug and ensure user permissions are properly managed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Salesforce with Snowflake and other data platforms.

• Support users in generating reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy.

• Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and new functionalities.

• Document system configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

• Work in an agile environment, contributing to project requirements and delivering solutions efficiently.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
