What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Admin position at Robert Half?
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Admin to join our team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate on Salesforce development projects, leveraging your expertise to optimize systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with team members to execute high-priority projects, including integrations with Snowflake and other platforms.
• Utilize Salesforce tools such as Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, and fast field updates to enhance system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce processes using Trace Debug to ensure optimal performance.
• Configure permission sets and profiles to manage user access effectively.
• Create and maintain REST APIs, utilizing Named Credentials and Connected Apps within Salesforce.
• Implement and manage Custom Metadata Types, Custom Labels, and Custom Settings to improve data management.
• Provide training and support to users on Salesforce applications, dashboards, and reporting.
• Work closely with internal PMOs and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document processes and workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and system sustainability.
• Salesforce Developer Certification is required, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Apex programming.
• Experience with asynchronous and synchronous processes within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with API callouts, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.
• Ability to design and implement Screen Flows and Record Triggered Flows.
• Bonus skills include experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and Python.
