Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain detailed sales reports and dashboards using Excel, utilizing advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization tools.
• Navigate and utilize Retail Link to generate and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and forecasting.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and organizing documentation.
• Monitor and track sales orders and inventory levels, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with account managers, sales representatives, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, pricing, or product availability by leveraging data insights and tools.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights to sales leadership.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies by coordinating efforts across various departments and ensuring data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
• Experience using Retail Link or similar vendor platforms for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively support team collaboration and client interactions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with order entry and inventory tracking systems.
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and operational challenges effectively.
