Our client is looking for an experienced Risk Analyst to join their team in the Bordentown, New Jersey area. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various domains within the organization. You will collaborate with senior management to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance while supporting the organization's strategic goals.
Salary is 120,000 - 140,000.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the organization's enterprise risk management initiatives, including credit, market, compliance, and operational risk programs.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate risk management activities to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
• Enhance enterprise risk management processes and systems to improve efficiency in risk assessments.
• Lead discussions within the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and provide solutions to address risk-related challenges.
• Identify and verify risk areas within the organization, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments are conducted.
• Develop risk assessments for new products or significant modifications to existing offerings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide departmental leaders in implementing effective governance and risk management strategies.
• Analyze and report on key risks and their interdependencies, helping senior management maintain a focus on robust risk management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices and regulatory compliance.
• Strong background in finance, due diligence, and operational risk management.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M& A) and understanding of FDIC and FDICIA regulations.
• Analytical skills to assess and address complex risk scenarios effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate risk-related insights clearly.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools for conducting assessments and reporting.
