Retirement Plan Advisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Administrator to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role involves ensuring compliance with recordkeeping standards, analyzing plan provisions, and delivering accurate data reports that meet quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be committed to growth and possess a strong knowledge of retirement plans.Responsibilities:• Maintain and ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards and plan provisions as outlined in individual plan documents.• Analyze and test retirement plan provisions to ensure adherence to regulatory and service standards.• Prepare and deliver accurate data reports within established quality guidelines.• Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related issues and improve processes.• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to enhance effectiveness in delivering client expectations.• Support the administration of 401(k) and RRSP plans, ensuring proper procedures are followed.• Contribute to ongoing development efforts to deepen knowledge of retirement plan administration.• Assist in the management of retirement plans, ensuring all requirements are met.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
