Research Data Analyst

We are looking for a Research Data Analyst to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to support marketing initiatives by managing data, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering insightful recommendations. This position will also involve contributing to research efforts focused on sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential outcomes and impacts.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
• Create detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct research on sustainability reporting standards to support company initiatives.
• Analyze technology platforms and tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate regulatory market requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to visualize and interpret complex datasets.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory market requirements and technology platforms is preferred.
