Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Smyrna area that is looking to add a Recruiter to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organization that is experiencing growth and is known for its collaborative and supportive work culture.


Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of high-volume hourly associate recruiting experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the company’s recruitment efforts, managing multiple requisitions for hourly positions, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers. This is a hybrid position that requires the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

· Manage high-volume hourly recruiting efforts for a variety of roles.

· Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruiting strategies.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

· Actively maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders on the progress of open roles and candidates.

· Build strong pipelines of qualified talent to meet the organization’s recruiting needs.

· Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 2 years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments.

· Proven ability to successfully manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

· Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

· A strong sense of urgency and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.

· Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (combination of remote and on-site work).

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for high-volume roles.

• Strong ability to organize and execute recruitment events such as career fairs.

• Proficiency in using Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks.

• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry trends.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating with hiring teams to meet staffing goals.
