Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Records Coordinator to join our team. As a Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a variety of records and files, ensuring accurate data entry, and superb phone communications and customer service skills. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to take initiative to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, classify, and maintain records and documents in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Perform accurate data entry to ensure proper record-keeping and information retrieval.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams, clients, or customers regarding records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to records management.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in record-keeping processes and systems.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and scanning documents.
  • Ensure all records are properly archived, secured, and easily accessible.
  • Assist with periodic audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.


Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with office software and data management systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, record-keeping software).
  • Previous experience in records management or administrative support is a plus.
