Real Estate Attorney

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Somerset, Kentucky. This role involves handling a variety of legal processes related to real estate transactions, including title management and working collaboratively with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in real estate law and a strong attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire title process for real estate transactions.

• Collaborate closely with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, builders, buyers, and sellers to facilitate property deals.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.

• Conduct detailed legal analysis and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.

• Monitor compliance with real estate laws and regulations to mitigate risks.

• Must hold a valid license to practice law. Kentucky Bar.

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate law.

• Proficient in drafting, briefs, and legal documents.

• Skilled in conducting discovery and analyzing legal information.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations is essential.
