🌟 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Assist attorneys with drafting and filing legal documents, contracts, and discovery materials 📝

✔️ Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate law issues 🔎

✔️ Support corporate transactions, including due diligence and closings 💼

✔️ Manage case files, timelines, and exhibit preparation for litigation ✅

✔️ Communicate and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts 🤝

💡 The Ideal Candidate Brings:

🎓 A Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s Paralegal Certification preferred

⚖️ Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate litigation or business transactions

🖥️ Proficiency in legal tools like LexisNexis and case management software

🔎 Knowledge of court systems, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance

✅ Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
