What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposal Writer position at Robert Half?
Classification: Proposal Writer
Compensation: $80000.00 to $86000.00 yearly
Write compelling proposals articulating the impact of the companies solutions and responding to clients’ objectives
Work across business units to create project plans and pricers
Liaise and work with the relevant departments across the firm to gain the subject matter expert input required for each proposal
Project manage proposal development processes and procedures; create proposal content plans, develop outlines, holding meetings as necessary, prepare storyboards, ensure alignment, and more
Develop proposal and pitch deck templates and other business development assets
Format, draft, edit, finalize, and submit government Request for Proposal (RFP) responses; ensure that RFPs are assessed and responded to on time and to the quality expected
Understand and analyze the companies sales and marketing processes and objectives and incorporate learnings and into proposals
Maintain and update case studies, performance statistics and other metrics for inclusion in proposals
Actively monitor trends impacting active proposals and incorporate learnings into future proposals as necessary
Work closely and frequently with senior leaders and business development professionals
Ensure all written materials are created with mission alignment and compelling language
