Property Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting residential property management operations by assisting prospective residents, maintaining occupancy rates, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This is a Long-term Contract to Hire position that offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome prospective residents, provide detailed information about available units, and guide them through tours of apartment communities.

• Handle rental application processes, including verifying applicant information

• Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Assist in coordinating property maintenance requests and ensuring prompt service delivery.

• Provide administrative support to property management, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

• Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions with residents and prospective tenants.

• Proven experience in property management or leasing roles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with residential property management procedures and leasing practices.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with teams while managing individual responsibilities.

• Knowledge of applicable housing laws and regulations.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
