Responsibilities:
• Assist tenants with inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Support leasing activities, including coordinating showings and processing applications.
• Manage administrative tasks related to parking assignments and tenant communications.
• Utilize accounting software systems to oversee billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and budget processes.
• Collaborate with the property management team to streamline operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and policies.
• Generate reports and summaries using CRM and management systems.
• Monitor and address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Facilitate regular updates and communication with tenants to foster positive relationships.
• Proven experience in leasing or property administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial functions such as AP/AR.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze and manage budget processes effectively.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of billing functions and tenant relations procedures.
