Responsibilities:
• Lead the deployment and implementation of a Human Capital Management tool, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the integration of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, talent management, and time tracking into the new system.
• Manage the migration of historical data and ensure accuracy during the transition.
• Conduct testing and validation of the system to confirm functionality and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
• Develop and execute internal communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Design and implement training programs for end-users to facilitate system adoption.
• Coordinate the replacement of legacy HR software and tools with updated solutions.
• Supervise the decommissioning of outdated systems, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update processes and procedures as needed.
• Proven experience with ADP Lyric, a must have.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
• PMP Certification required.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex system integrations and data migrations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of HR systems.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for new software implementations.
