We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in Agile or Safe methodologies. ONSITE Charlotte - Tyvola Road
Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines.
• Establish and maintain effective communication strategies with stakeholders and team members.
• Provide daily guidance to project teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor project progress and implement change management strategies when necessary.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including status reports, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and problem-solving to address challenges and risks.
• Utilize tools such as Project, Visio, Excel, and Word to manage and track project activities.
• Drive team collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote best practices in project planning and execution to achieve desired outcomes.
• Proven experience in program or technical management within Agile environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
• Expertise in risk management, dependency resolution, and escalation handling.
• Familiarity with customer experience principles and technical delivery processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong project planning, judgment, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• SAFe or Agile Certification required.
