• Process key forms like W-9s and credit applications while ensuring compliance.
• Team up with colleagues across departments to streamline processes and enhance projects.
• Provide top-notch service by responding to client inquiries and requests related to account setup.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost care and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account setup, data entry, or a related administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with customer data platforms.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Experience in handling customer accounts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
