• Support the development and maintenance of master project schedules for construction initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and potential delays.
• Perform scanning and document management tasks to maintain organized and accessible project records.
• Collaborate with project managers to track resources and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between team members to resolve scheduling conflicts or other project-related issues.
• Prepare and distribute status reports to keep all parties informed of project developments.
• Assist in managing project workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project-specific requirements.
• Proven experience in managing project schedules and timelines, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Familiarity with master scheduling practices and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in document scanning and electronic file management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in the entertainment or recreation industry is a plus.
