Plant Controller

We are looking for a dedicated Plant Controller to oversee financial and administrative operations at our facility . This role is integral to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting the company’s overall strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to managing both finance and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities at the plant level, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts to support decision-making.

• Manage budgeting processes, cost analysis, and variance reporting to optimize financial performance.

• Supervise inventory accounting, track fixed assets, and handle capital expenditure processes.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant external regulations.

• Coordinate with corporate finance teams to support audits and long-term financial planning.

• Lead administrative staff, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient payroll processing.

• Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance services.

• Collaborate with HR to support onboarding, training, and policy enforcement while maintaining compliance documentation.

• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement across operations, HR, and corporate departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in plant or manufacturing finance and administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Certification in accounting or finance and experience in lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Familiarity with small to mid-sized manufacturing operations and continuous improvement practices.
