Planning & Analysis Manager

Our client in Bergen County, New Jersey is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Manager. In this contract role, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, enhancing inventory planning, and driving strategic initiatives to improve overall efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on designing and executing impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment. This position is on-site.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement best practices to optimize supply chain operations and ensure seamless processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in external warehouses to meet production and demand requirements.
• Analyze historical order data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for production planning
• Execute on Senior Operations deliverables to optimize processes, improve workflows and drive sustainable improvement.
• Create and execute strategic planning solutions to address challenges such as production shortfalls.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and ensure timely execution of plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes and align them with business objectives.
• Monitor and improve inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and NetSuite to generate reports and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements in supply chain and manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on strategy and planning.
• Expertise in inventory planning and production planning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions and drive process improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and ISO standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
