Responsibilities:
• Process and manage full-cycle payroll operations for a multi-state workforce.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Workday payroll systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to employees across various locations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
• Assist with audits related to payroll and tax compliance.
• Support system transitions and upgrades to optimize payroll processes.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Workday ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and tax reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll compliance and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Experience working in a non-profit organization is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
