Paralegal

Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is partnering with a well-established legal team near Holliston and Medway is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a high-volume residential closing practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently. The position requires discretion and professionalism, as it involves direct interaction with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Great pay and benefits and can be hybrid for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage all aspects of residential real estate closings
• Serve as the primary liaison between lenders, clients, and internal teams
• Review and clear titles; prepare and distribute title commitments
• Draft and finalize settlement statements and closing disclosures
• Utilize E-Closing and Qualia platforms for transaction management (Qualia preferred)
• Ensure compliance with firm and lender protocols
• Maintain accurate and organized records throughout the closing process
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to meet critical deadlines
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Massachusetts real estate law (80% residential, 20% commercial)
• Familiarity with commercial closings is a plus
• Proficiency in E-Closing and Qualia systems
• Strong understanding of title review and title commitment preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload
• Team-oriented with a client-first mindset
