As a Paralegal, you will be instrumental in managing a pre-litigation personal injury case load, ensuring the accuracy of medical records and legal documents, and handling various other tasks related to personal injury cases. Responsibilities:• Manage a range of pre-litigation personal injury cases• Ensure the correct filing of claims related to personal injury cases• Maintain the accuracy and orderliness of medical records and bills associated with each case• Draft and prepare legal documents and demands with precision and detail• Handle the request of liens, including Medicare & Medicaid• Uphold the firm's standards and procedures in all tasks related to personal injury litigation.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
