Paralegal - Real Estate Finance

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our client's boutique law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting a fast-paced commercial real estate finance practice, requiring a deep understanding of legal processes and the ability to manage high volumes of transactions effectively. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in legal support, with a focus on real estate financing and client-focused demands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support for a high-volume commercial real estate finance practice.

• Draft, review, and manage legal opinions and documentation related to real estate transactions.

• Coordinate with clients and practice groups to meet deadlines and ensure seamless workflow.

• Assist in preparing and organizing materials for real estate financing transactions.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support legal decision-making processes.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and correspondence.

• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.

• Adapt to the demands of a dynamic work environment, including occasional overtime as needed.

• Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a large firm or busy legal group.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate finance and related legal processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal opinions and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes.
• Openness to working overtime when required.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and software is an advantage.
