Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in West Jordan, Utah. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to company standards.
• Manage data processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies.
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline operational processes and enhance productivity.
• Process financial transactions, including check handling and auditing, with a focus on precision.
• Coordinate CRM activities to improve customer relationship management and reporting.
• Apply knowledge of ADP and Epic Software to support financial and operational needs.
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of operational procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar operations role.
• Proficiency in ADP, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
• Strong skills in data processing and financial services.
• Familiarity with Epic Software and About Time systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
