Office/Facilities Manager

Southwest Health Services Company is hiring and Office/Facilities Manager. Bilingual in Spanish is required, as well as Payroll experience and strong problem-solving abilities. This individual will wear multiple hats and handle Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and other HR duties for 20% of the role. 80% of the position will focus on Operations, Facility and office Managment. 2 years experience managing a small to mid-size company office, handling maintenance, vendors, ordering supplies, helping with distribution, and compliance. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Recruiting/Interviews, new hires and terms.

• Building maintenance and functionality issues

• Inventory, Office/Business Supplies

• Contracts for vendors and equipment

• HR Benefit contracts

• Payroll, PTO accruals and requests.

• Ensures compliance with all TWC, EEOC, and SDS guidelines/regulations.

• Knowledge of all OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.

• Handles petty cash, journals, and reimbursements.

• Maintains & update facility staff records

• Maintain electronic devices in coordination with the facility IT department.

• Event coordination.
