Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed information for regulatory filings, including annual and semi-annual reports.
• Analyze and manage fund expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with external departments to assist in creating prospectuses.
• Conduct quarterly compliance testing to maintain adherence to regulations.
• Complete third-party fund surveys and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Support the preparation of various regulatory submissions.
• Perform detailed reviews and analyses related to financial reporting.
• Carry out additional departmental duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mutual fund accounting or the financial services industry.
