This role focuses on managing consumer real estate loans, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential loan underwriting and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Responsibilities:• Prepare and complete loan documents for consumer real estate loans with precision and attention to detail.• Monitor and manage credit policy exceptions to ensure compliance.• Update and maintain collateral documentation to reflect accurate records.• Oversee regulatory compliance information, ensuring adherence to industry standards.• Evaluate current loan documentation processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.• Collaborate with lending staff to support the loan approval and funding process.• Ensure proper handling of jumbo loans and FHA underwriting requirements.• Maintain accurate records for installment loans and other residential loan types.• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues within the loan documentation process.• Provide guidance to team members regarding loan documentation best practices.
