Millwork Estimator

We are looking for a skilled Millwork Estimator to join our team in Gardena, California. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in managing procurement activities and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support project operations. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and project teams.Responsibilities:• Analyze architectural blueprints to determine material requirements and procurement needs.• Prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals using tools such as Bluebeam and On Center.• Collaborate with contractors to ensure alignment on purchasing goals and project timelines.• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractor proposals to identify the most cost-effective options.• Conduct thorough research on materials to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.• Oversee budget management related to procurement activities, ensuring financial efficiency.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support project success.• Coordinate timelines and estimates with project teams to ensure seamless execution.• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.• Provide guidance and support to the purchasing department to optimize workflows.
