Medical Records Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and Manage Medical Records: Scanning, uploading, and routing patient documents like labs or imaging.
• Stay Organized in a Fast-Paced Role: Answer incoming calls to respond to requests for medical records and communicate with team members to route requests.
• Be the Link Between Providers and Patients: Sort mail, handle deliveries, and distribute documents across the clinic.
  

Qualifications:

• Great attention to detail and ability to stay organized while juggling priorities.
• Enjoy working with computers and learning new systems.
• Friendly communication skills—over the phone, via email, and with co-workers.
• Healthcare or office experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
