What You’ll Do:

• Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across multiple channels—print, digital, OOH, radio, TV/OTT, and social.
• Research market trends and audience insights to identify the best media opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with media vendors to secure competitive rates and added value.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to ensure KPIs are met.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
• Handle monthly reconciliation and QA checks to maintain accuracy and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on media buying experience—agency experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of local/regional media buying in Florida, with the ability to layer in national plans.
• Proven success in negotiating and executing buys across traditional and digital platforms.
• Comfortable working independently as a one-person media department.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Motivated, career-focused, and eager to make an impact.
• Previous experience with luxury brands or real estate is a plus (but not required).
• Must be able to work onsite, five days a week in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
