We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist in Tacoma, Washington. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for data management and consolidation, using various platforms such as Salesforce, Apollo, Zoom Info, and Microsoft Excel. This role is key in our organization, as it involves managing and organizing data to optimize our services and outreach.Responsibilities:• Consolidate databases utilizing platforms such as Apollo or Zoom Info to organize data efficiently.• Manage and unify the database and client information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.• Analyze and monitor data on client interactions and service usage for strategic planning.• Transfer existing data from spreadsheets into Salesforce for better data management and organization.• Utilize data to assist in grant applications and funding efforts.• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.• Use tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Facebook Insights, and Google Ad for various marketing automation tasks.• Leverage AB Testing, Analytics, Blogging, and Brand Awareness strategies to enhance marketing efforts.
