M3 ERP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced M3 ERP Consultant to join a manufacturing team based in Beaufort, South Carolina. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a critical role in auditing, configuring, and optimizing the M3 ERP system to support multiple lines of business, including accounting. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations and effective utilization of the system across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current M3 ERP system to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Configure and implement solutions within the M3 ERP system to enhance functionality and resolve existing issues.
• Develop and execute strategies for optimizing system usage across all lines of business, including accounting.
• Provide hands-on training to employees, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system communication with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms.
• Document workflows, processes, and system configurations to support future scalability.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ERP system.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Support ongoing system maintenance and updates to ensure long-term reliability.
• Proven expertise in working with Infor M3 ERP systems, particularly within manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and their integration within ERP systems.
• Experience in system auditing, configuration, and optimization.
• Ability to train and guide employees on ERP system usage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and eCommerce platform integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to document processes and provide technical guidance for long-term system sustainability.
