Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage shipping functions, including tracking, and resolving transportation issues.
• Handle customs processes and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize TruckMate TMS software to optimize transportation management and logistics workflows.
• Review and maintain accurate electronic records and documentation for shipping and logistics activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline logistics processes.
• Monitor and address any discrepancies in shipping and customs documentation.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to logistics operations for management review.
• Implement best practices to improve overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness in logistics operations.
• Proficiency in coordinating logistics operations and shipping functions.
• Familiarity with customs processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with TruckMate TMS software or similar transportation management systems.
• Strong skills in Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work with Adobe Acrobat for document review and editing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining electronic records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
