The role involves managing post-production processes for loan servicing and supporting various operational tasks with precision and dedication.Responsibilities:• Process and maintain loan servicing tasks, including booking mortgage loans accurately and managing residential construction loans.• Review home equity documentation and ensure timely recording of packets.• Oversee Guarantee Asset Protection waiver refund processes with attention to compliance and accuracy.• Fulfill requests for legal documents, such as subpoenas, in accordance with organizational standards.• Digitize and index documents into the record retention system for efficient access and storage.• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed established volume and quality performance goals.• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and embrace changes within the department.• Provide assistance in other areas as directed by the supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
