Loan Servicing Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will handle a variety of responsibilities related to mortgage and consumer loans, ensuring all processes align with credit union policies and regulatory requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in loan servicing who is seeking a Long-term Contract position in the banking industry.Responsibilities:• Process applications for consumer and mortgage loans efficiently while ensuring compliance with established policies.• Prepare loan documentation with attention to accuracy and completeness to support smooth loan closings.• Coordinate loan closings and maintain detailed records of loan transactions and servicing activities.• Monitor and update tracking logs to ensure loan data is current and accessible.• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and credit union policies throughout all loan servicing operations.• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing clear communication to borrowers.• Conduct regular audits of loan files to verify accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and resolve any issues related to loan servicing.• Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union systems and industry regulations.• Support ongoing updates and improvements to loan processes to enhance efficiency.
