Legal Intake Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual in English and Spanish Legal Intake Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Naples, Florida. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle client intake processes efficiently. The position is designed to provide support for a contract period, offering a great opportunity to showcase your expertise in legal support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client intake processes, ensuring accurate collection and documentation of information.

• Handle inbound telephone calls professionally and respond to inquiries promptly.

• Conduct phone interviews to assess client needs and gather necessary details.

• Maintain organized records through efficient data entry into computer systems.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

• Utilize your knowledge of legal processes to support client interactions and address concerns.

• Ensure the proper handling and routing of phone lines for effective communication.

• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette to enhance client experience.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

• At least 1 year of experience in a legal support or intake role.

• Strong knowledge of legal processes and terminology.

• Proficiency in client intake procedures and handling sensitive information.

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

• Ability to conduct phone interviews with professionalism.

• Skilled in data entry with a keen eye for accuracy.

• Competence in using computer systems to manage and organize information.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
