The Commercial Lease Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial lease agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of lease-related activities. This role serves as a key liaison between landlords, tenants, legal teams, and internal departments such as accounting and facilities.Key Responsibilities:Review, abstract, and interpret commercial lease documents, amendments, renewals, and related agreements.Maintain accurate lease data in lease management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or Lucernex).Track and process critical dates including rent commencement, lease expirations, renewals, and option notices.Ensure accurate rent and expense billing in collaboration with accounting and finance teams.Coordinate lease compliance and ensure adherence to lease terms by both landlords and tenants.Assist in lease audits and reconciliations, including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), taxes, and insurance.Communicate with property owners, landlords, attorneys, and internal departments regarding lease obligations.Prepare lease summaries, reports, and analysis as requested by management.Support legal and real estate teams in lease negotiations and due diligence processes.Stay current with industry practices, local regulations, and internal procedures.
