Robert Half has partnered with a great industrial real estate firm who has experience strong consistent growth over the last several years in their search of a new position within their accounting department. They are seeking a Lead Accounts Receivable / Commerical Lease Administrator

who will handle CAM reconciliations, general ledger account reconciliations, accounts receivable, cash applications, reviewing lease agreements, and reviewing credit applications and credit scores for tenants.

Job Summary:

Robert Half is assisting an industrial real estate client who is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in accounts receivable within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications.

• Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time and in accordance with the company's credit policies.

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and activities.

• Work closely with the property management team to ensure accuracy of tenant billing and resolve any tenant disputes.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collections activities.

• Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable within the real estate industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with property management software and accounting software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
