IT Risk and Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team in West Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our enterprise security framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding our information assets. This position requires a dedicated individual with expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute testing strategies to evaluate the effectiveness and design of IT controls.
• Create comprehensive documentation, governance standards, and training materials to support first and second-line teams.
• Enhance processes and documentation by leveraging advanced tools, including artificial intelligence.
• Conduct detailed process walkthroughs and testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead risk assessments across IT and cybersecurity domains, reporting on findings and recommending solutions.
• Assist in managing and continuously improving enterprise security programs, focusing on cyber risk management and resilience.
• Monitor IT initiatives and security projects to ensure proper risk management and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to align programs with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in security incident response efforts, ensuring the protection of corporate and digital assets.
• Provide expertise in regulatory compliance, preparing for audits and examinations to strengthen the organization’s risk posture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of IT audit processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in process documentation and governance standards.
• Ability to design and evaluate IT controls effectively.
• Experience conducting comprehensive risk assessments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, including PCI standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
