What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Risk and Compliance Analyst position at Robert Half?

You’ll oversee vendor risk, lead a team of analytics wizards, and collaborate with InfoSec and other departments to keep our risk radar sharp. You’ll also manage ERM projects, juggle timelines, and make sure we’re not flying blind.
What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Keeping Us Out of Trouble):
- Lead the ERM strategy and keep it on track (no pressure).
- Manage the ERM team and budget—yes, spreadsheets are involved.
- Run the Vendor Management Program like a boss.
- Monitor risk appetite (ours is cautious, not spicy).
- Translate risk-speak into business-speak for execs.
- Help teams spot and squash risks in projects.
- Keep policies tidy and aligned with our goals.
- Train folks on risk awareness (without boring them to tears).
- Support M& A activities with your ERM superpowers.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in financial services and risk-related roles.
- Risk certifications
- Strong communicator, spreadsheet whisperer, and problem-solver.
- Familiar with COBIT, COSO, and not afraid of acronyms.
