IT Coordinator

We are looking for a driven IT Coordinator to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. This long-term contract position involves assisting with help desk support and coordination of IT activities, particularly in customer-facing situations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth operations and technical support.

Responsibilities:
• Provide initial troubleshooting support for IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Assist with conference room setup, including display and A/V equipment functionality.
• Monitor and complete daily checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the IT department to address and resolve service desk tickets.
• Support end users with basic queries related to Active Directory and Windows 10.
• Maintain accurate records of IT activities and issue resolutions.
• Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft Windows systems and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing technical concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve IT support processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and other related systems.
• Ability to manage service desk tickets effectively and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in setting up and supporting A/V equipment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete daily checklists accurately.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
