International Pricing Analyst

Our client, a global leader in the retail and footwear industry, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their international team for a three-month temporary assignment. This position is ideal for a finance- or data-driven professional who enjoys working with large datasets, developing reports, and providing actionable insights to support global pricing strategies.

You’ll collaborate with international teams to review and analyze pricing requests, manage margin analysis, and support business decisions through data modeling and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to ad hoc pricing requests related to customer margins, terms, and allowances.
• Analyze and submit international and subsidiary price requests for management approval.
• Ensure net margins are maintained across all business units and summarized for upper management.
• Create and maintain pricing reports and conduct ad hoc analysis using MicroStrategy and other business intelligence tools.
• Build and automate workflows in Alteryx to streamline recurring analytical processes.
• Compile, clean, and manipulate large data sets from multiple systems to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Assess complex business problems and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support user testing for new system features, malfunctions, and enhancements.
• Update and maintain international pricing data in the style master database.
• Produce and distribute product line sheets and price lists for various business units.
• Manage debit notes for factory unused stock materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or business operations preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) required; Alteryx and MicroStrategy experience a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and sales teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
