Integration Manager

We are looking for an experienced Integration Manager to join our remote team. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your expertise in systems analysis and integration. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient management of complex systems and ensure seamless collaboration across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop effective technical solutions.

• Oversee the integration and optimization of Active Directory systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain Business Requirement Documents.

• Manage and support database systems, including Microsoft SQL Server.

• Conduct system analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve technical issues.

• Ensure compatibility and functionality across integrated systems, including IBM technologies.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members during system implementation.

• Develop and maintain documentation for all integration processes and workflows.

• Monitor system performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.

• Proven experience with Active Directory and related integration processes.
• Strong ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
• Expertise in working with Microsoft SQL Server and database management.
• Solid background in system analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IBM technologies and their applications in system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
