IT Project Manager - Azure & Data Focus | Scale a Multi-State Healthcare Group

This is a high-impact, autonomous role for an IT Project Manager ready to drive the technology roadmap for a rapidly scaling healthcare group (Dental Service Organization). You will own the technology footprint across over 30 clinics, turning technical infrastructure into business advantage.

High-Impact Responsibilities

• Own the Cloud: Lead strategic projects and manage environments within Microsoft Azure, driving efficiency and security for all hosted applications and infrastructure.
• Drive Data Insight: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide executives with real-time reporting on project status, IT spending, and performance metrics.
• Fuel Expansion: Lead the end-to-end technology rollout and standardization for all new clinic openings, directly enabling business growth.
• Strategic Procurement: Manage vendor relationships and lead negotiation for all critical IT and clinical hardware purchases across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading IT projects in a Microsoft Azure environment (IaaS/PaaS).
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy executive reporting dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• 3 years of project management experience; PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience in a multi-site, regulated industry (healthcare, dental, retail) is highly preferred.
