Implementation Specialist

We are seeking multiple Implementation Specialists to support task coordination and execution for new and renewing clients in mid-sized and key accounts. This role is central to successful group setup and involves working alongside Implementation Managers to track and complete key onboarding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation tasks for new client group setup and renewals
• Capture and manage key data and documentation
• Interact with internal stakeholders to address customizations or complications
• Work within tools like Jira, Box, Slack, and others for project tracking
• Ensure smooth implementation through collaboration with internal systems and partners
• Manage key lifecycle tasks including group identifiers, validating documents, and monitoring internal workflows

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or health insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and Slack.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
