• Administer leave programs, including Massachusetts-specific leave policies, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Manage employee benefit enrollment processes and address any inquiries or issues that arise.
• Oversee prior authorization procedures to ensure timely and accurate approvals.
• Facilitate onboarding processes related to new employee benefits, providing guidance and support.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain accurate records and streamline HR workflows.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures through thorough documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance HR operations using CRM tools.
• Provide clear and detail-oriented communication to employees regarding HR matters, benefits, and leave policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting HR practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on benefits and leave administration.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other financial service tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to support HR operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling benefit functions, including enrollment and prior authorizations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements and HR policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing Massachusetts-specific leave policies and procedures.
