• Identify and source candidates with relevant experience for open positions through direct sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Screen and shortlist applicants, ensuring they meet job requirements and align with company needs.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview progress and status updates.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Utilize Workday for managing resumes, tracking candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records on hiring processes using tracking sheets and present updates to leadership.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and hiring needs.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in Workday for managing recruitment processes.
• Strong skills in tracking and maintaining recruitment records using tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to negotiate employment offers effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience hiring for salaried positions up to managerial levels.
• Ability to work part-time hours, 4 hours per day, with flexibility to meet hiring needs.
