HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in McLean, Virginia. This role is ideal for an experienced individual passionate about managing full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and clearance positions. The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring candidates to reside in the DMV area. You must have 5 years of full cycle recruiting - technical recruiting and recruiting experience with clearance level position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Handle a workload of 25 requisitions simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.

• Identify and attract top talent for positions requiring security clearances.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Provide clear communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during hiring activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

• A minimum of 5 years of senior-level recruiting experience, particularly for technical roles.

• Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Familiarity with positions requiring security clearances.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Office Suite tools.

• Strong sourcing skills, utilizing multiple platforms and strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality.

• Dependable and organized with a strong attention to detail.

This position is mainly on-site.
