We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Arlington, Virginia, on a Contract-to-permanent basis. Responsibilities
- Support benefits administration processes, including coordination and communication with employees.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll and 401k-related tasks, ensuring timely and precise processing.
- Provide guidance on employee leave types, including parental leave and other organizational policies.
- Create and update process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate on compliance efforts to meet regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Utilize HRIS systems for reporting and data management.
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in benefits administration and coordination, including payroll integration.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and employee relations best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage FMLA and other leave policies effectively.
- Competency in using ADP for payroll functions.
- Detail-oriented approach to recordkeeping and process documentation.
